The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Cancellation of a booking within 24hours of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).

Your on-time arrival for your appointment allows us to meet your service expectations.  Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for large group bookings of three or more).

Note: If you fail to contact us you will be charged the full cost of service(s) reserved.

Your credit card details will be requested when reserving group appointments of three or more.
