CANCELLATION POLICY
Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).
Your on-time arrival for your appointment allows us to meet your service expectations. Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for large group bookings of three or more). If you are travelling by air, we suggest you schedule appointments at least six hours after you are scheduled to arrive in case of flight delays.
Note: If you fail to contact us you will be charged the full cost of service(s) reserved.
Your credit card details will be requested when reserving group appointments of three or more.
