We offer a curated selection of services, including high-end cuts, bespoke colour experiences, makeup design, and personalized styling for special events. Out-of-salon and on-location services are also available upon request.

Our tiered rate structure reflects the education, artistry, and experience of each Designer. No matter which level you choose, every guest receives exceptional attention and craftsmanship.

Please note: Prices start from our base rates and may vary depending on hair length and the amount of time or product needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are so grateful for your support of our local Canadian business and our talented team of Designers! To help us respect their time, we kindly ask for 48 business hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

Because LURE is closed Sundays and Mondays, those days do not count toward your notice.

How to plan your notice:

Tuesdays bookings: Change by the preceding Friday.

Wednesday bookings: Change by the preceding Saturday.

The Fine Print:

Group Bookings (3+): We require 72 business hours’ notice.

Late Arrivals: We will do our best to customize your service in the reminding time, but full fees apply.

Late Changes & No-Shows: Charges made outside our business hours window will be charged the full service fee.

Flying In? We suggest booking at least 6 hours after landing to safeguard against flight delays!

Credit card details are required for new clients and groups of 3+.

Wedding polices are available upon request.
